I have a Winpower rc120 mower. It looks just like the attached pictures. Everything still works, all original except power cord. I am hoping for help in determining its value.

I would check eBay on a regular basis to see what they actually sell for
I would do a search on "Google" put in all the info. you have. Also see if any like yours are on sale on eBay, also check with Craigslist.
Unfortunately, I am not seeing one on eBay at the moment, so you will need to check back periodically to see what they are selling for.
If you are going to use eBay to help you value, I have two recommendations...
1. NEVER use asking price (current auction) to set a value for yours. Only use SOLD price, which will be in green and is what someone actually paid for the item. People can ask the world, but only sold will tell you what someone actually pays. I factor in shipping costs to the value as the BUYER pays shipping, but it will help you set a comparable price for yours (asking price + shipping = value)
Remember value is different than profit. Sellers don't keep the shipping costs, it goes to the PO to pay for the shipping, plus you have eBay and PayPal fees. If you want to make a specific amount on something you have to factor this all in to your pricing.
2. If you find one selling, set a watch on it and see when it sells, how long it takes to sell, and what it fetches. This will help you value yours using tip #1. The only challenge is if the buyer accepts best offer. All that will tell you is what the asking price was and that the seller took from 1 cent to 1 dollar under asking for the item. Not the most helpful, but it gives you a less than place to start, so to speak.
There are a number of mower specific sites out there as some are highly collectible and valuable. There are two below...one is British, but they still may be able to give you some more immediate info than waiting on the fickle nature of eBay!
Good luck! Neat item!!
