It is a beautiful piece. However, you need to know who manufactured it. Look on the back and bottom for markings.
I would take several very clear photos to a few antique dealers in your area and ask them to recommend trusted appriasers in your area.
Are you getting it appraised for insurance? That value is always above retail value... meaning what you would get for it if you sold it.
There are certified appraisers in most big cities. Research the person carefully using Google, Yelp reviews, and such!
