I would like to sell this desk. Can anyone give me an idea of what it is worth?

This is stunning piece! In some parts of the US these are still in very high demand and can fetch into the $400- $1000 range if it is what I am thinking is a late 1800s to early 1900's piece. Now if it is a reproduction, that value will be cut by at least 1/2 if not more.
You would be best served by sharing your piece with a local antique store (or several) that you trust and getting their idea of value where you live (also validaing that it is a true antique and not a repropduction piece).
Perhaps one of those shops can sell it for you on consignment as that will be the best way to maximize your net value on it.
Selling expensive pieces on your own--like through Craig's List and Facebook Marketplace has turned into a nightmare with more challenges than benefits.
I find when I need to sell a valuable piece, I always do best with a local store. They take a commission, yes, but I feel I get the most for the item.
Post back with an update of what you learn and where you are located. I hope you are in a place where this fetches high and sells quickly! Thanks for sharing it!
This is a lovely piece in good condition. Hopefully there is demand for it. Similar pieces go for over $1000 on eBay.
