I inherited this Louis XV chair when my paternal grandmother passed. It is in good condition. There are no markings found. It has cabriole style legs and may have been reupholstered. It may be around 100 years old.

To tell you the truth I would not really go with the prices you are seeing online. These types of chairs should be sold through an auction house or even an antique dealer in order to get the best price possible for the chairs. A lot of them being offered online are quite expensive and I fear nobody is willing to pay this price right now. But if you use an auction house there are always collectors who are looking for chairs like this and it could sell a lot quicker than posting it online.
