This is a beautiful Mersman 7539 sewing table, I believe, that came with my house. Any idea what it is worth?

I think this table is worth $125-$175 dollars, based on what I have seen on eBay.
Great piece! It is a classic and timeless. I would, however, not advertise it as a sewing table. Sewing tables usually are more like a desk with a keyhole entry for your knees and they usually have lots of drawers or cubbies. This has the cutout on the shelf, but I think it is just decorative.
It would be better listed as console or sofa or entry way table.
Depending on where you are located you could fetch between $25 and $200. In a bigger city where people have space to put a table like this, they may pay more. In a small town where there are a lot of older folks who are downsizing, it may not sell at all or at a much reduced price.
You can always start high and take best offer to get a feel for your town or work with a local resale shop to sell it for you. They will know your market best!
Best wishes on the sale!! The new owner will be be getting a sturdy and classic piece!
