I have a model 66 machine. I believe it works. It has the cord and is in a #40 cabinet. Would anybody be able to possibly give me a ball park range of what the cash value is on my machine?

Your sewing machine is not a model 66. The model 66 was made in 1902 and was a hand crank sewing machine. I think the 66 on your machine is referring to the bobbin number and not the number on the sewing machine. Here is a site about the model 66 sewing machine - ismacs.net/
It appears that you sewing machine was made in 1921 because it was the first model made with electricity and it is model 99.
From what I can tell this one looks like yours - www.ebay.com/
This will give you an idea of what people are asking for the machine here. Just keep in mind the condition of your machine and cabinet will determine the final selling price of the machine. Just because a person lists the machine for $329 does not mean it will actually sell for this much.
It would be more helpful if you would post a picture of your machine upright in the cabinet as it is not possible to tell very much from the pictures you show.
Also, post the serial number as it cannot be read from the picture you posted.
The cabinet does appear to be a #40 but also appears to be in not so good condition which will only appeal to someone (in your area for pick up only) who wishes to restore it and most likely will not pay very much money.
Perhaps with better pictures someone will answer and give better answers.
You can also join Ismac's (free) and send pictures and ask questions about the machine because the more you know about the machine, the more value it could have.
Do not ask about value/money on this site as they will not answer if that is all you wish to know.
