These are mass-produced dolls. Because of the wooden case, it may be worth up to $35.
The company who makes Ashley Belle dolls will fabricate one doll 1000 to 2000 times to sell worldwide. In cases like this, it makes it so hard to sell the dolls. Right now the markets are flooded which makes the price really go down on what you can earn selling them.
Ashley Belle dolls were generally sold in stores like K-Mart and K-B Toy Stores and were considered low end value dolls. There current value is low - probably less than $35 and may take months or even years to sell as the present day doll market is in the pits and may never recover.
Dolls are not on very many 'wanted' lists anymore and most girls want 'modern' things instead of dolls for Christmas/Birthdays.
One of the biggest problems with selling dolls is the high cost of shipping and the all important danger of breakage as many get broken during shipping. The shipping is added to the cost of the doll and is usually more money than the doll so the buyer has to consider the total cost and it is usually more than most wish to pay.
The size and weight of this doll and cabinet will be costly to ship and many sellers will end up giving their doll away as very few calculate shipping costs correctly.
The following listing is a prime example of this.
The seller has the doll listed for $45 with free shipping and if she sells this seller will most likely clear less than $10 (or less) and if the doll gets broken the seller will have to refund all money paid and probably will not receive insurance to cover their loss.

Ashley Belle apparently made several dolls named Martha as it looks like a different version sold recently for $7.99 plus a small shipping cost. It probably cost this seller money to sell this doll.

If you still wish to sell your doll it would be a better choice to list her on sites like Craigslist, Facebook Groups/Marketplace, or OfferUp and show her as local pick up only so there would be no shipping involved.
If you do this you will need several good pictures and you can start the price higher and lower it is no one shows an interest.
