I have a Sandia doll that is in really good shape. It is still in a box. The design # I have for it is 5196/6000. Can you tell me how much this is worth?

The number on your doll means that she was number 5196 doll out of 6,000 of this doll produced.
This type doll was mass produced (6,000) and their value will be very low.
Most of these dolls sell for less than $25 and most will sell for less than $15 (when they sell as many will never sell even at low prices).
There are some dolls that will sell for more money but most of these are specialty dolls and not so many were made of that style.
There are presently over 500 (most similar to yours) Ashley Belle dolls listed on eBay alone.
I did not see this particular doll listed for sale or sold but I would still estimate the value at less than $25.

Today it is very hard to sell any doll online and most of the dolls will sit there for sale for months on end and never sell. I would suggest that you don't try to sell the doll online but try and sell it locally at a swapmeet or even a garage sale. Online sales right now are around $5 and hopefully if you sell the doll locally you can get at least $20 for the doll.
Ashley Belle - a very popular doll, years ago. Online this doll, on a good day will only bring in up to $20. Maybe a auction/bid will bring in more!
Not much
As well, the box doesn't look in as good a condition as it should be to price at the top of the market which is at best $20
