These are mass-produced dolls. Even with a certificate and brand new in the box they are worth $25 or less.
I would check on Google or eBay to find the value of your doll. Post a description and also put a photo on.
Ashley Belle company produces tonnes of dolls; usually each model is in the 5,000 range.

Thanks for the inquiry. Based on several completed sales and a current offering, it seems that Ashley Bell "Adela" - even when accompanied with all original boxes, sells at the $15 to $20 level. The market for dolls manufactured from the mid-1960s onward can be rather thin.
