Start with vintage dolls, and then look for similar its lotsa fun!
Your exact babydoll just sold recently on eBay for 30.00 plus shipping:

This is amazing as most dolls have very little value on the market.
If you are going to sell yours, this wording can help with your sale!
Two reminders--if you are going to try to sell online, be sure to package and weigh your doll as if you were going to ship and use eBay's advanced seller tool to put the exact weight and box measurement into the tool...DO NOT let eBay calculate shipping. The USPS has this new dimensional shipping and it is critical to have the shipping right in eBay or you could be out a lot of money. DO NOT offer free shipping on dolls.
Second thing to remember is the doll has to be packaged like it is going off to war with at least 3 inches all around of padding (Styrofoam or packing peanuts are best).
Even better, is do this in the inner box and in an outer box--meaning DOUBLE box it. These are very fragile and the UPSP is not gentle on packages and you don't want this baby broken before it gets there.
Post back with an update!
These dolls are still popular but the resale value is far less than the original cost. Most of these are selling for less than $35 plus shipping but that is still better than the majority of dolls listed for sale.
The shipping cost has sky rocketed since USPS change their prices for large packages in June so if you list your doll be sure to package it and take the weight and measurement carefully before listing on any site.
Do not offer free shipping under any circumstances as the shipping may cost more than your doll will sell for.
These dolls were produced from 1996 through 2000 but no where does it say how many were produced. Judging by the numbers on the dolls I'm sure there were several thousand made.
You can check out the current listings on eBay and place a watch on any doll you would like to see if it sells. Asking prices have very little to do with current value as these are just what a seller would like to receive for their doll. Only sold prices reflect what someone is willing to pay.

There have been several dolls sold over the past several months and the sold prices have been less than $40 plus shipping (check out the shipping costs also).

You can always decide to post your doll on local sites with pick up only and eliminate the high cost of shipping as well as the shipping problems.
You can also list on several sites at the same time - remember to remove other listings if you doll sells.
Craigslist, LetGo, Nextdoor, OfferUp, USA4Sale, Facebook Groups/Marketplace.
Set your price higher and lower it if no one shows an interest.
Be careful and always meet a prospective buyer in a public place for payment and delivery.
Ashton Drake Dolls still hold a higher resale value than most other types of mass prodced dolls on the market today. You can find on eBay where this doll sold for $30 and the seller asked the buyer to pay the shipping of the doll. Just keep in mind when you sell on places like this you will pay a price to eBay and if you collect the funds in your PayPal account they will take part of the money from your sale. You will more than likely get around $22.50 to $25 after all of this.
