I have a Signature Edition Princess Angelina doll from the Ashton-Drake Galleries. It is exclusive and the certification card says that my doll is number 254 of 1500 worldwide so can anyone find the price for her?

Princess Angelina is not really a rare doll although the cards state only 1500 dolls were made worldwide. These dolls can be found listed on sites like eBay and others but eBay usually has more dolls available than any other site.
The asking prices are not considered as 'current value' as these are just the amount of money the sellers would like to receive for their dolls.. Only 'sold' prices can represent an approximate current value as this shows what someone was willing to pay at that particular time.

There have been no sold dolls (eBay) over the past several months so no current value available.
Dolls are very slow sellers and there are thousands to choose from so any doll listed could potentially not sell sell over a period of months/years and could possibly never sell - no matter the price.
You can place a watch on any of these dolls to see if it sells.

Since this doll is 23" (?) it will be expensive to ship so why not try listing her on a local site like Craigslist, OfferUp, LetGo, Facebook Groups or Marketplace and offer her as 'pick up only' so there would be no shipping involved and this may net you more money as there would be no shipping cost.
Interesting doll. It used to be the "unusual" dolls held their value and would still sell. Your gal has been sitting unsold for months on a variety of sites (eBay, Etsy, PicClick--which is a different way to search eBay), LetGo and other local sites.
She is priced from as low as $30 to as high as $99.
Since none have sold, I have to assume the value (what people will pay) is under $30.
You can always start high and take best offer.
Remember if you are in the US shipping is going to be a challenge because you will need a box big enough to protect this gal and that will add to the cost with the dimensional shipping.
It might be best to find a local venue to sell.

There are a large number of dolls by Ashton Drake listed on eBay right now. Most people ask $25 or so for the doll.
I have a Ashton Drake doll with a wig 1984. Nthe head crack .n she have a wig on her head.
