I have a Ashton-Drake Galleries Anne Shirley of Anne of Green Gables Doll. She is in perfect condition, there is no display box though. I do have a certificate of authenticity. I would like to know what she is worth value wise.

Dolls have been low on buyers wanted lists for several years and the present crisis has only made it worse.
This does not seem like a good time to be trying to sell dolls so I hope you will wait for a few months - Christmas time is still the best time to list dolls for sale.
It is sad that companies produced so many of each doll but this was how most of the companies did so now there is just an over abundance of all types of dolls. Many people are just trying to reduce the stuff they've been holding on to for years - thinking it would be valuable as they got older and it just is not going to happen.
There are a few of these dolls listed for sale on eBay and other sites and the dolls are in all different states of condition and new in box and other items so it's difficult to compare dolls.
Asking prices have no real relation to value as only a sold identical item can be stated as 'current value'. So please, do not get carried away with any price a seller is asking for their dolls.
You can review listed for sale items to compare with your doll and on eBay you can place a 'watch' on any item to see if it sells.

When you decide to sell be sure to take several good pictures and maybe list her on several local venues like Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Offerup, Letgo and any others you are aware of.
Sold prices are current market value and she sold WITH a box for $25.13 (plus buyer paid shipping) on eBay on April 23, 2020, so that is her current market value if pristine with the box. Without a box, you could expect to fetch about half of that (plus shipping).
She current sits unsold in the $179.00 range (one seller keeps trying). As a seller you can ask what you want to get for something, but the SOLD price is the true indicator of market value.
