There are a few Ashton Drake dolls that have held their value but sadly, this is not one of them. These can be found on eBay, Etsy, Ruby Lane, Amazon and most are not selling (at any price)

• There are several different years that Mary Had a Little Lamb was made and many sellers do not list the year so it would be better to have a picture but you can check these sites for yourself.
• eBay listings show several styles. Listings show sellers asking prices which usually has very little to do with true value as only a sold item shows what someone will actually pay for an item. Most dolls will be new and many times still in the box.
• here are some listings to check for your doll - most of these will be listed on eBay.

• If you can find a sold doll like yours and similar condition then that selling price would be what is commonly called "current value".

I don't see a photo, so you will need to check through eBay's completed and look for a sold one that is an exact match to yours:

Often times people don't list the year of the doll in their ad, so you would have to match the face and clothes to find your exact one. Once you find an exact match in the SOLD section, that will give you today's current market value.

As the others have said, sadly this sweet doll is not one of the ones that has appreciated in value as everyone had hoped when it was bought new.
