Wow!!! You are very fortunate to have this doll! Some folks call these dolls "reborn". They are lifelike and there is a huge market for this category of dolls...both the mass produced versions and the one of a kind (OOAK) ones.
Unlike most of the "mass produced" AD dolls, these silicon dolls HAVE held value and some sell in the high 200 dollar range. SOLD prices, not asking.
Check ebay SOLDs (keep the search narrow to Ashton Drake Silicon) and you will see that the demand is still strong and selling prices are surprisingly high.
Now the ones that sell high are pristine, in the original packaging, but many out of the box versions are selling from 25 to 150 dollars.
This is very unusual as most dolls DO NOT sell, at any price.
Now the hair situation may affect the value, but the question is how much will it?
I have not been able to find an example with damage so I can't determine the exact loss it will incur.
I am also not positive this is damage...I have it in my old brain that there were some where the hats were glued on so the head/hair under the hat would not look as expected (meaning nice soft hair). Some of these dolls actually purposely have "bed head" hair (very fine and lifelike. Perhaps that is the case here....I just can't remember.
Why these particular dolls have held their value (my opinion from years of selling and studying dolls/doll trends) is that people like dolls that feel and look real. That it is anatomically correct is part of it.
Some people just love and collect dolls and there is a certain beauty to something that is more real and lifelike.
Then there is a subset of people who collect these particular dolls to comfort them when they have lost a child to a miscarriage or SIDS.
A newish trend is these dolls are being bought up to use in nursing homes in some places because they offer seniors (many of whom have dementia) a safe way to hold a child and feel useful and young. Some experts say it is even better therapy than when a dog or cat comes to visit.
Unfortunately, there is a very small subset of people who collect these for reasons that are not appropriate to a family friendly website. I suggest refusing sales and blocking buyers who ask questions that make you uncomfortable (sadly it happens). I will leave it at that.
Yes, we live in a very twisted world....but I am sharing this as information for why the value of one item is high when another is very low. The first three reasons are very important to understand. The last one, well, it is just wrong.
This all said, I was not able to find your exact doll as a completed or active auction. Finding an exact match would give you today's current market value if it sold.
If it was mine, I would start high (in the 200 range)--be very clear with photos of the condition--and then take best offer.
While these dolls are not as fragile as the all porcelain ones, they still require special packing to prevent crushing, so be sure to pack it well and then if you are selling online, know the box size and weight so you can calculate shipping accurately.
Post back with how your sale goes!
I agree that listing your doll with a starting price of $200 is a good idea but be willing to lower the price if she does not sell. A good description and excellent pictures are what help to sell dolls. You can list her on eBay or any of the other local venue sites (maybe as pick up only on local sites).
This doll is a little bit of a mystery for me as there seems to be so many similar but not the same dolls made by Ashton Drake over the past several years.
I believe the hair is like most of the dolls listed for sale.
One thing I believe I have found is the number after the ADG (05 in this case) represents the year the dolls were made.
Most of the dolls seem to have an artist name - Linda Murphy, Linda Webb, Hani, Cheryl Hill, Ping and others but I could not find out what the Huti B stood for as there is no artist listed with that name (but I assume it is an artist's name).
The majority of the silicone dolls seem to have a cloth body and only a few style were made 'anatomically correct' and, it's kinda strange but this style doll is not as popular as the cloth dolls with silicone arms and legs.
This type doll does not always sell for as much money or as often as the cloth body dolls.
This is how the cloth body dolls are described on the Ashton Drake site:
" baby doll's shoulder and body are cloth with internal filling PP cotton, 3/4 vinyl arms and 3/4 vinyl legs, the body has no gender. The limbs are movable. Reborn baby dolls can sit and lay down easily, but CANNOT stand, speak or be washed."
There are so many different styles of the Huti B - ADG 04 that it gets really confusing just trying to sort them out.
Apparently several artist's made their own style but usually had the artist name and not all had the year.
As I mentioned earlier, the 'cloth' dolls seem to be more in demand and are selling for higher prices. Most of these have what is called a 'weighted bottom'.
Here are a couple of similar dolls (Huti B ADG 04 only) that have sold on eBay over the past several months:
This one is a Huti B ADG 04 and sold for $85.99 with free shipping and is the most expensive similar doll sold.

This doll (same markings as first doll Huti B ADG 04) but a different doll entirely and sold for $38.30 plus shipping.

This doll sold for $75 and has same markings but looks different to me.

These dolls will not always be available to see but I'm just trying to show that even with the silicone anatomically correct dolls, with same markings, they are not always the same style doll and I have not checked for sizes.
You can always go to eBay sold listings to look for some of these dolls but you have to pay close attention to find all the differences in the dolls.

I believe you can send a message and pictures to this email address and someone will maybe give you more information on the 05 doll and if the hair is correct for this doll.

I also did not find an exact match. That is one of the challenges with the reborns. Here's why...which I neglected to mention in my original post.
There are some artists who take store bought reborn dolls that were mass made and they alter them on their own, some even include a powder wafer with them. This makes the doll smell like a real baby (it smells like baby powder). It is like they make them RE-REBORN.
This particular configuration is what makes them popular among the nursing home residents and the mom's with angel babies.
I was doing some more digging to see what else I could learn about this little one and I do see there are some auctions listed simply as Huti B. A D G 05 anatomically correct baby doll.
One (NO PHOTO) just sold for 152.00 in June on eBay:

I had to google the reference to what it was equal to in RM...it appears to be Malaysian Ringgit currency. I learned something today!
There is a really good description of these dolls on Worthpoint:
www.worthpoint.com/
About 10 years ago I looked into reborning? (rebirthing?) dolls as a hobby. I thought it would be both fun, rewarding, and an added source of income.
What I learned is that it can be all three, but you have to make a huge investment in the dolls and the supplies upfront, and at that time, the investment was in the thousands and well out of my price range for a new hobby.
It is nice to see that these dolls still have value. I will tell you, when I first thought about getting into the hobby, a doll like yours would have sold for $300-$1000 new (if pristine and accompanied with the powder wafer, and accessories like a binkie and blanket).
They have dropped somewhat in value, but when you consider that some expensive dolls sell now for 99 cents, the $200 range looks good!
Please post back with what happens with your doll! I am so wanting to learn more!
I still have not found - for sure - a like doll which seems strange but I hope she contacts the Aston Drake to get some info but the only way to get an answer is through the link I gave which is blog but connected to the company as no one from the company will usually answer questions about vintage dolls.
I did see the one that sold for $152. but that was in 2018 so kinda out of date but may still be viable.

I found the exact doll (a Huti 05) on a UK site for @175 in US dollars. The hair does not devalue if being sold so it can be reborn as all the original paint and glue from the hair gets removed. I ended up selling to a woman who was going to do just that. It was a thrifting find for me and I am out of town so she got it for 50 including shipping.
Thanks for sharing how your sale went! That is wonderful. It is always nice to turn a thrift store purchase into a little extra cash! Blessings to you and yours for the New Year!
These are mass-produced dolls that are worth less than you paid for them. If you can sell them at all, you will get $25 or less.
It is a shame the market is flooded with dolls these days and the value of dolls has greatly declined in the past few years. Children are no longer interested in collecting dolls and would rather have electronics. People are trying hard to sell them off but most people are only getting less than $15 for the dolls if they do sell.
