I have an Eales 1779 silver punch ladle. I am looking to determine its value.

Is it silver or silver plate? This one is only $4 on Etsy www.etsy.com/
Is the marking EP? If so that stands for electro plated, which is silver plate. The value would be in the piece as a collectible, not for silver.
If it is plated, one of an almost identical style to yours, which was in pristine condition, SOLD (NOT ASKING PRICE) on eBay recently at 12.99 plus shipping. Yours looks to have some condition challenges, so it may fetch half of that.
If it is NOT plated and is sterling, you are best to take it to a place that buys gold and silver and sell for scrap. Condition is everything in these pieces and those with condition issues that are sterling are better for scrap value.
Thanks for sharing!
Up to $225 for real silver Eales 1779
I believe you will find that all of Eales 1779 is silver plated.
From research it appears your ladle would be valued between $10 - $45.
It may reach the higher value because it is ornate and most of the ladles are plain.
Here are some listings on eBay for nice pieces so you can get an idea as to asking prices.

You can check the asking prices of Eales 1779 pieces on eBay and see what other pieces are listed for. Asking prices do not show value they only show what a seller would like to get for their items.

You can check eBay sold items for current value but you may not find an identical piece but you can see what other pieces actually sold for.
