This doll was given to me. She is in her box and I don't know her name or if she is worth anything. She is a beauty to me.

I agree; she is lovely.
Elizabeth Gray was an exclusive brand sold by JC Penny Co.
The brand name company, Elizabeth Gray, mass produced a lot of same style dolls and sadly dolls are just at the low end of anyone's 'wish' list.
Victorian dolls do sometimes sell for a little more but it may take 'forever' to sell her. Many dolls are listed for months (even years) and may never sell.
Also, USPS has new rates (DIM rates) for oversized boxes so many dolls that might have sold before may not sell due to the very high shipping cost.
It appears that at least one similar doll has sold upwards of $35 over the past several months (no way to tell what she sold for as 'best offer' was accepted). The seller does have high shipping due to the new USPS rates so it is even possible the buyer never paid for the doll.
Here is the link from eBay (eBay is considered the best site for current value of dolls).

Here is a link to Elizabeth Gray dolls presently listed on eBay; you may see one you would like to 'watch' to see if she sells. You may never find your exact doll for sale or sold so may just think about what other similar dolls are selling for.

If you decide you would like to sell her, I would suggest listing her on several of your local sites like Craigslist, Nextdoor, USA4Sale, LetGo, OfferUp so she can be listed as 'pick up only' with no shipping involved.
Maybe you have a nice place to let her stay with you for a while?
Asking prices vary from in the $30s to in the $60s on eBay
