I would like to sell this table, but do not know what I have. Marked on underside of the marble top. It is very heavy! Can anyone help?

From what I have seen on eBay, they can go as high as $1700. Yours is a big table. I suggest you take the pictures to a dealer for a free appraisal. Sell locally, because shipping will be very expensive.
Thanks
So where I am, these are not selling. Or if they do, they sell for under $100. Which I find painfully sad.
In other parts of the country, they do sell for more, so it is best to talk to a dealer (vintage furniture/consignment) in your town and find what the going price is where you live.
On ebay there are none similar to give you an apples to apples comparison. There are a few that are very mid century modern, with the clean, thin legs and those are fetching in the mid to high 400s, but yours is not that style. It is hard to get a good look at the legs, but they are not MCM (mid century modern). More colonial style. Hard to tell.
If the top detaches, you may fetch more for the marble than the table, but that again is dependent on where you are and how things sell.
Please post back what a dealer tells you! I am always interested to learn what sells where and for how much. Pittsburgh is a weird market....so I like to know how the rest of the world function!! Thanks for sharing it!!
Interesting table. I agree that your table top (undamaged Italian marble) may be worth more than the actual table (if it is easily detached).
The actual selling price will definitely depend on your area unless there happens to be an interior decorator looking for this kind of piece (and sees your ad). It may take a long time to sell unless offered at a low price ($100-$150) on sites that offer pick up in your area (zip code) (Craigslist, USA4Sale, Nextdoor.com, Facebook Marketplace).
If you decide to list or ask for an appraisal you will need better pictures; especially the full front, better full legs, top of marble and especially any damaged areas. You will also need full measurements.
You can ask for a free appraisal on several sites but just remember that value for appraisers means insurance value and may be at least 40 - 50% above true value.
What these appraisers can help with is maybe age and insurance value and you will will have to place your own value after reading their comments.
Appraisers cannot help you without good pictures and measurements.
You can try some of these sites.
