I am not sure of the time period or value. Please let me know. Thank you.

Without identifying markings, it is hard to tell. It could be from a kit.
This doll could be very old and hold value but it is hard to say one way or the other without any marking. There are plenty of doll forums out there that know more about these types of dolls than any of us do.
Your doll is a puzzle!
Is her head and hands made of paper mache?
She has the look of 1930s polish doll head affixed to a new body with even newer clothing.
Dolls were meant to be played with and it is possible that is what you have--they call them "Franken Dolls"--meaning mom or dad or a pap or uncle repaired a beloved doll..maybe several times over in her life, giving her a new body or a new arm, or new feet, or a new dress.
The body stitching looks much to new to be a 1930s doll (and it is much too clean). The clothing look handmade (by someone with some but limited sewing skills) and looks much too new (also not the right size for her, so I am doubting it is original).
If you would be willing, there is a doll site on Facebook I love and they are really good about ferreting out "Franken Dolls".
The group is called:
Let's Id our dolls!!!
Exactly as typed. You have to ask to join, they will give you questions to answer and you CANNOT ask about value (I can help you with that once we figure out who she is and how you need to sell her). They will need more pictures and the height and confirmation of the material of the head and hands.
Post back with an update.
Thanks for sharing!
