It is an antique, over 100 years old and is complete. Take it to some book dealers to determine the value.
If you want to do some DIY research, keep checking back to eBay and see what they are selling for. I checked this morning and there are none of the year you have listed (either new or sold) so I can't give you a market value of today.
I can tell you there are some from the 1960s selling in the $25 range like this one--www.ebay.com/
But all that tells me is the value of that particular item...value is always determined by an apples to apples match of exact item sold to exact item sold in the exact same condition.
When checking eBay for value, the sold section (click the radio button in the lower left on the eBay page) tells you want someone actually PAID for an item. Active auctions only tell you want the seller WANTS to make or what they THINK the value is...value is truly what someone will pay.
Remember value is different than profit. Meaning, if the item sold for $100 with free shipping, the seller only netted (and I am using round numbers for reference only) less than 50 because shipping something this heavy is expensive in that case is paid by the SELLER, plus the eBay and Paypal fees are paid by the seller also.
If you sell it to a store or through consignment you will only get a percentage of the retail (sold) value so you will want to take that into consideration in your figuring out what to do with it process.
I hope this gets you started valuing your item!
You are right this book is in good condition considering the age of the book. If you have an auction house in your area, I'd go there. They normally have a specialist that works for the auction house that would be able to give you the best price or value of this book.
A lot of times if you go to a book dealer they will try and undercut the true value of this book. This happened to a friend of mine when she was trying to sell off the books her grandmother had saved from childhood. The dealer gave her a good price for the books, but later on, she found out that he cheated her on the price.
