Quinoa could be bland served alone. Here is a great way of mixing quinoa with vegetables and protein to make a full meal. Add sesame oil to give quinoa extra flavor and moisture.
As reference, I made 2.5 cups of quinoa beforehand. Once completed, this batch of quinoa will serve 8 to 10 bowls. Great meals to bring to lunch and refrigerate for the week.
