Bronze Post Medal for All Time! 107 Posts This is a hearty vegetable stew that contains all the vitamins and minerals required for a person to thrive.
Ingredients:
- 2 pears (or apples)
- spices
- 2 cans lentils
- 1 onion
- 12 oz bone broth/turkey stock
- 9 carrots
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 inches ginger
- 1 bag greens
- 1 box mushrooms
Steps:
- Cut up pears, ginger and mushrooms.
- Pour 1/2 gallon water with the bone broth into a big pot.
- Clean and cut up cauliflower, onion and carrots.
- Clean and rinse lentils, especially if instead of cans you used pre-soaked dry lentils.
- Add all veg to pot, including the bag of greens.
- Add spices. Let cook until carrots are soft.
