Steam carrot, broccoli, celery, green pepper, cauliflower, onion and garlic in large saucepan for 3-5 minutes or until tender; drain liquid. Add spaghetti sauce, corn and seasonings to the saucepan; mix well. Simmer until heated through. Layer noodles, vegetables mixture and cheeses 1/3 at a time in 9x13 baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
