Does a bulb of garlic mean a single clove or a "head" of garlic?
(I love GARLIC!!)
a head of garlic
The recipe sounds great but what are the measurements kg? We use teaspoon, tablespoon. Also, never heard of moringa, not sure any grocery stores in the county carry it, & the two I did call had never heard of it.
"kg" kilograms. the 1/4 kg is approximately 2 pcs of carrots and 1/4 kg of potatoes 2 large pcs of potatoes.. Moringa is a green leafy vegetable en.wikipedia.org/
You can remove moringa as it could not be available in your stores. It's an optional ingredient, actually. :-)
the flour and bread crumbs about 2 cups of each ingredient.
I was doing a little research about moringa and it sounds like you could substitute spinach or another leafy green. Your recipe looks delicious.
yes, definitely you can substitute it with other green leaf vegetable if.. thanks!
Looks and sounds delicious. I'm sure it is. But, children need low sodium foods so they never develop 'The salt habit'. That habit is so hard to break in later years when it can be damaging to your health. How about one teaspoon salt, instead?
Of course, yes, I totally agree with you. You can adjust the salt just right for children's taste buds. Try to cook one ball as a sample for you to taste and when you think it's too salty then try adding some more flour and grated veggies.
