How and when did you get your pet?
This is Velvet, the most sweetest girl. She is almost 2 years old. We love her so much. I raised her and Johnc (her brother) since they were 1 day old. They were orphans as their mother abandoned them. I bottle fed her and her brother until they were old enough to eat on their own. It was a BIG job raising 2 baby pigs but they are great pets and we will never give them up.
What does your pet like to do for fun?
Velvet loves to run and be chased. She barks like a dog and spins in circles. She also likes to dig in the dirt and play in her pool in the summer.
Do you have anything else to share about your pet?
Velvet is my little princess and the boys (Johnc and Digby) are also great pets. They are the sweetest piggies ever. They will always have a home here and will never be anyone's dinner. I do not eat meat of any kind and want to share the love of these animals to you, as they are not just bacon pork chops or pork roast. There is a loving feeling soul in these animals and I wanted to share this with you, in case you never really thought about it before
