Hi and thanks for your help! I have (6) 3.5 juice glasses - each has a distinctive mark at the bottom and each is individually numbered - 04, 16, 47, 49, 55, 56. I have searched and searched and cannot find any information.

I believe these are mold or batch numbers. During manufacturing inspection, if one number shows a defect all others from that mold or batch can be checked for the same thing and quickly removed from the line.
Thanks for your response. If Im reading your answer correctly it seems very unusual to have 6 glasses with 6 different mold numbers.
These are Chinese glasses. I think this D-like symbol is (I can't insert Chinese characters here, so see the first attached picture), which means Force in Chinese. Below is written (see the second attached picture), which means Tempering / Tempered.
If no one here can answer to your satisfaction you can send it to replacements.com. They can identify it and give you a value.
You can ask at Replacements.com. While I cannot say for 100% certain, they appear to be homage/knockoff pieces to a 1990s into the 2000's Mikasa French Parisian theme set of glassware. I am still trying to figure out the symbol on the bottom to verify this.
My gut feeling when I saw them was that they were made on a Cricut or similar machine at home. If so that would explain the wonky numbering--as the maker would have just bought up a bunch of glasses at the wholesaler or dollar store and decorated them.
If I can confirm this, I will post back!! They are super cute!!
This appears to be Chinese writing, if so, I would suggest you take one of the glasses to either a Chinese restaurant or an Asian market (these can be located on Google and your zip code) and maybe they can translate the writing. Perhaps they can also supply information about the brand mark.
You can also place your pictures and question on Reddit and I'm almost certain that you will have your answer within 24 hours.
You have to join Reddit and it can get confusing but look for a group called 'whatsthisthing" and ask questions if having a problem.
