Supplies:

• 3 vinyl records (Free-$3)
• 1 (3) tier handle ($ 4)
• your favorite treats

Steps:

1. Get 3 vinyl records (check value first).

 
2. Set aside one (3) tier handle.

 
3. Assemble by twisting all sections securely through vinyl record holes.

 

 
4. Place your favorite treats on the tiers and serve :)
