Two weeks ago our power pole fell. It was replaced and all seemed fine till last night. Now our hot water heater is getting power, but is not heating water and our stove will turn on, but the eyes and oven will not heat. We have changed out the breakers and that did not help at all. So now we are at a loss.

Power is provided to your house "single phase". That means you have 240 VAC from one line to another. Another line often referred to as the neutral provides a center tapped connection so that it is 120 from the neutral to one line and 120 from the neutral to the other line.
If power were connected incorrectly such that one line was connected to power and the other was not and the neutral was connected to the center tap, you would end up with half your panel having 120 VAC but no 240 VAC. You would observe no 240 volt loads working (electric clothes dryer, electric range, electric water heater) and half your lights and receptacles would be dead. An electrician could fix this.

You would observe no 240 volt loads working (electric clothes dryer, electric range, electric water heater) because they would only have half the voltage they need and half your lights and receptacles would be 240 VAC (dangerous: electric 120 V plug in devices fail, lights burn brightly for short periods of time then fail.) An electrician could fix this.
I would recommend talking to the people who installed the power pole and explain that your 240 volt loads are no longer working. They may know immediately what the problem is and come out to fix it.
