If you can see the picture, water got in the power supply of hot water tank. Now I've only got power in like a quarter of my house. What happened or what should I do?

If everything is dry around your electric panel, including the floor, open the door on the box and check to see if fuses have blown, or breakers have flipped off. If you know how to do it yourself, replace blown fuses, or flip breaker to fully off position and then flip back to on. I'm assuming you are replacing the water heater. The power to that should be off by now, but you may need to have an electrician install the new one for you......think safety first !!!
You should call an electrician. Water and electricity do not mix. Stay away from the area or you could get electrocuted.
This is serious! You need to call an electrician immediately!
This could become very dangerous, there is a short circuit somewhere that is feeding some power, but still a issue. This requires a professional for the safety of you and your home.
Our hot water tank used to be put out by water in basement. We have ours up off the floor now, about 3 inches.
This looks VERY dangerous, I would not advise to mess with it yourself. Please call a professional to deal with it , I am sure you can find a listing in the phone book or on line.
