Can I wax my hardwood floors with paraffin?

I wouldn't think so. Paraffin is not for floors. Get a paste floor wax; a product specifically made for hardwood floors.
Both Johnson's paste wax and Minwax paste wax are parafin based. It's the primary ingredient listed on both's MSDS.
Why would you want to?
I don't know but I have a feeling it would leave it very slippery.
Why don't you just get some Johnson's floor wax. Not the liquid kind but the paste wax.
