I'm looking for the 1995 Weight Watchers fat and fiber plan. I lost a lot of weight on that plan. I have tried the new plan multiple times and I just don't like it.

I just found the rules for the fat and fiber plan on another forum. A person posted the rules there and said they follow this plan. Here is what the plan rules are and you just apply them to the food you eat daily. Rules:
Limit total fat grams to between 15 and 35 each day; men and youths can go up to 45. Eat at least 20 grams of fiber per day; men and youths a minimum of 25. Minimum of 2 servings of dairy per day. At least 5 servings of fruit/vegetables per day. Go really easy on refined sugars and alcoholic beverages.
