You don't have to give up yummy desserts just because you are dieting. This healthy treat is both delicious and diet friendly.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sugar or fat free vanilla pudding (prepared with skim milk)
- 1/4 banana, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. Cool Whip free
- small handful of honey graham thin crisps (100 calorie pack) crushed
Directions:
Place pudding in small dish, spread bananas over it. Smooth cool whip on top of bananas then place crushed graham snack on top.
1 Pie is 143 calories, 0.5 G fat, 22 carbs, 1.25 G fiber, 1 g protein = 3 ww points
