Does anyone have a welding cap pattern that they could share with me? A printable pattern would be awesome.
Thanks!
Mary from Panama City Beach, FL
To all great news, I found a free pattern here:
The site has the print out and instructions. I really hope this helps everyone out, I know I looked for a pattern forever.
I'm looking for a welder's cap pattern. Can anyone tell me where to get one or if anyone may have one? Thanks.

I have made them for my husband. Since head sizes are different, the best way is to take an old one that fits him well, and take it apart. Use the pieces as your pattern. The first time I did this I made a papper pattern and then kept it for future use.
I need a welder's cap pattern with different sizes. I have a grandson and son- in-law that are welders. I would like to be able to fit the pattern to each of them. They live 5-6 hours away from me; problem! I would like to buy one with multi-sizes available.
Thanks.
Welders caps are a popular item these days. It seems that everyone wants one and is wearing one. Here are some excellent sites that have patterns. I found one site very interesting. The weldingweb. com has some very interesting information about the material that you should use when making your cap.
