This smoothie is packed with energizing and amazingly good for you ingredients! You can whip it up in only a few minutes and bring it with you on the go if you need to. I try to have 2 every day....truly nourishing to your body, even tastes good! :)
If you add protein powder, you could even drink this as a meal.

Ingredients:
- 1 large kale leaf
- 1 cup spinach, packed
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries or mixed berries
- 1 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp wheatgrass powder
- 1 cup water
Steps:
- Put your kale and spinach in your bullet or blender, and pack tight.
- Add your banana broken in pieces, as well as the coconut oil and wheatgrass powder.
- Add berries and water.
- Blend well. May not be pretty, but it tastes pretty awesome! :)
