Does ASPCA offer low cost spay clinic and vaccines for dogs? NYC residents have coupon and must be a resident of NYC. What about Westchester County residents?
Thanks

Here is the link to the SPCA of Westchester. They do have low cost clinics. www.spca914.org/
More information for Westchester County Residents here:

There is also an upcoming event 7/28 for free rabies clinic for dogs, cats, and ferrets (appointment required).
The mobile clinic looks like it is coming to your area at the end of July if I am deciphering the pins correctly:

You have other choices (see two links below) if you need something that is more flexible:

Good luck!! Thanks for taking care of your fur family!!
You are not in luck as Westchester county does not have a "low cost" spay clinic. They do have a place to buy certificates but they cost $60-$100+ dollars for dogs (according to weight). Then the vet will also charge you for any shots/vaccines your dog needs so be sure you ask about the cost of these shots before you go (or when you buy your certificate).
Rabies shots are the only thing free at this clinic on this date; July 28 and you must have an appointment.

There are 2 places to ask/call about your certificates - links listed below.
