Here's a really good loaded wet burrito recipe. Personally I use tomato sauce in place of the tomato soup. If you scroll down below the recipe you'll see oodles of comments from people who tried it and many with suggestions of their own. This recipe received majority rave reviews:

I've been making these for at over 30 years. They are easy, and my family loves them!
Wet Burritos
Large flour tortillas
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
Brown ground beef and onion, drain off fat.
Add the seasoning, tomato sauce, and refried beans.
On a heatproof plate, lay a tortilla shell and fill. Roll meat mixture, chopped lettuce and tomatoes in shell, placing seam side down on plate.
Cover with sauce and sprinkle generously with cheese.
Heat in 350 degrees F oven for about 10 minutes or in microwave for about 2 minutes on HIGH.
Sauce:
1 12 oz can tomato paste (I use Meijer Natural)
2 cans water
1 can beef broth (I use lower sodium)
1 pkg dry burrito seasoning
Cook together for 5 minutes.
Garnish with sour cream, green onions, guacamole, chopped onions, black or green olives.
Enjoy!
