Saw these little bugs scurrying on my brick flower bed. They are really small, I probably wouldn't have noticed them if they didn't move. I had to get really close and use 10x zoom for this picture

The ones on the bricks (lower photo) look like a type of thrip. There are quite a few varieties, so you'll have to read up on them. Here is a good site to start with, to help identify them and how to get rid of these plant pests: www.almanac.com/
