These were my mother's. She had an amazing green thumb and I swear brought plants literally back from death. I want to be able to take care of these plants since they were important to her. She had a bunch of others, but I know what those are. These though, I have no idea how to care for them and since I don't know what they are, I can't find out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not absolutely certain, but I'm pretty sure these are Philodendron.
The first pictured plant is Alocasia amazonica. You can find directions for it's care, here.
The plant in the bottom picture looks as if it would make aerial roots at the joints. And underneath leaves appear to be purple. If so, it may be one of the Tradescantia spathaceas. There are many. It could be one of a group that are called Moses In A Boat, Moses In A Cradle, Moses In A Basket, and other names.
I couldn't find your exact variety. It could be rhoeo discolor. Again, there seems to be several with this variety name.
