Is there a tag with information on your monkey? That would definitely help you to find the name of brand.

Without the tag, it will be difficult to identify. You can try looking on eBay frequently to see if something similar comes up.
You do not say why you are looking for information but it would help a lot if you could check for any resemblance of a tag - even just where the tag was located would help.
