What kind of dog do I have? He is 2 years old, supposedly half German half Lab. He has a tanish/blackish coat with black masked face. He also has black/tan tail with white tip and it can curl up.

I don't see German Shepherd in the dog.
Very sweet face!!! I see some hound in the ears. The snout has some boxer like features. The coloring can be from the hound (kind of beagly, although I don't see much black except on the snout.
