Can anyone tell me what breed my kitties are? I've tried to figure it out online, but they don't seem to match any description that I read!

The one on top looks like a calico and the one on the bottom a tabby.
Looks like Tabby and Tabby mix!
It appears that both of the cats are Tabby cats but one of them is a mixed tabby cat.
The cat in the front appears to be a domestic short hair gray tabby. The cat sitting behind it is a domestic short hair cat referred to as a tortoise shell.
So if you are going by official Cat Fanciers' Association (CFA) breeds I see a little Singapura in the ears of one in the back and American Bobtail in both (coloring--I can't see the tails here to be positive).
Most cats that are rescued are so mixed that it is almost impossible to put a finger on exactly what the mixes are and that in may cases is really good because mixed breeds are often so much healthier than full breeds.
Enjoy your sweet fur kids!
