I got my dog when she was a month old. The people I rescued her from said she was a Blue Heeler. She is about 5 months old now. She is not very big and I know she is young, but when I have googled Blue Heelers at 5 months old they are a bit bigger than she is. She has all the characteristics of a Heeler, she herds me everywhere and has so so so much energy, and she is extremely smart, but one of the things that stands out to me is her ears are not erect which most Heelers have. Any help would be appreciated. I would love to do a DNA test to see what breed(s) she is not only to find out because I'm curious and also so I can train her properly. Thanks :)

She definitely looks like an Australian Blue Healer. We had a Blue Healer when I was a kid growing up, they typically dont get very tall. Bigger than your small breed dogs but not as big as a Labrador or Sheppard for sure. I really cant see anything that she would be mixed with, its possible she was the runt of the litter. Sometimes they can be a bit smaller than average but not by a lot. Dont worry she will fill out just fine, she sure is cute.
