I recently bought a puppy that the breeder said was a Yorkie x pug, however from looking at other puppies of this breed she looks completely different. The breeder was also selling Jack Russel x Pug. She is about 9 weeks in this photo and weighs 2.4 kg and is around 8 inches tall. The vet said she looked like a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and so we are worried she will turn out to be a big dog. Any input on what breed she looks like would be a huge help.

I have to agree with the vet that she looks like a Staffie. Not a pure one, she's clearly mixed with something else - except for the colours I'd say Beagle but I'm not sure Beagles come in those colours and Staffies don't either. Maybe Lab but from what you're describing as her current size and weight I doubt very much it's Lab. As for her having any Pug, Yorkie, or JR in her, em, no. Not a chance.
I raised AKC Boxers over 40 years, my cousin Staffies, and we both did breed rescue - your dog is almost certainly a Staffie cross with something.
She's probably going to be about 30-35lbs at maturity if the vet and I are right, and based on what you've stated as her current size and weight. So not huge but not at all as small as a Yorkie or Pug.
Please rehome her responsibly (to a home prepared for the breed specific needs) as soon as possible (so she adjusts to the new home sooner and happily) if the thought of her being more a small-medium dog (instead of a tiny-small) dog is a problem.
When I look at your puppy I see lab and beagle. But I do not have Sunnies trained eye. If there is pit in your puppy, I don't think it is very much.
Here are some more recent photos of her. She is now 11 weeks and weighs 3kg.
