Lyra is a 9 month old rescue dog who I was told is a Staffy cross, but I would love to have some idea of what she is crossed with.

She looks like she might be a Staffie-American Pit Bull Dog mix. Do an image search using the two breeds to see if you think she looks like any of the dogs that come up in the search.
The fawn-red colour is one that comes up with Staffies and Pits, you'll see that in the image search.
I raised AKC Boxers in the US over 40 years, my cousin raised Staffies (American Staffordshire Terrier). We both did breed rescue. Both Boxers and Staffies are frequently mistaken for Pits by many people including vets with little bull, terrier, and Boxer experience.
It was my impression that the AKC had recognised and accepted the American Pit Bull Terrier as a breed different and separate from Staffies but I did a quick search before answering your question and from the search of recognised AKC dog breeds it appears the Pit is still lumped in with the American Staffordshire Terriers - but my search results may be owing to my UK based IP.
Check with your vet - many areas have legislated against pit bull type dogs and you may have some laws to comply with (insurance, fencing, lead and muzzle, separation from children under 16, and vulnerable adults, more).
These are great dogs in the right hands but real caution MUST be taken to keep one as a companion animal. Be sure you know what you've taken on, again, your vet should be your guide but only if he/she is experienced and aware of the breed.
