What Breed Is My Dog?

He looks like an APBT in the face, but he had black spots like a Dalmatian. I'd just appreciate some input. He doesn't have the muscular build and his tail isn't like a Pit's would be. My mother-in-law thinks he is, but I've been around Pits and I'm sure he's not.
