Due to the overall shape and markings i would guess this adorable little guy has German Shepherd and/or Husky in him. Could be a mix

He sure looks like a Husky mix but you can post his photo to one of these sites and you may be able to get more information but of course, if you really want or need to know then a DNA test is the way to go (expensive though).
