awww what a sweetie, I have to say that at this age it's hard to tell, and from the incomplete photo it is also hard to tell, but he looks to me like a lot of retriever pups I've seen. Aside from the unusual colouring, I would guess he was a labrador or golden retriever mix. And he seems to have the colouring of a border collie.

You could go to an American Kennel Club in your area and they could help you out.
He looks like a border collie mix, I have one and she looks like your doge, but I also think she has a larger breed as well, like St. Bernard
