I just got a dog today. I was told that she is a Lab mix. Now that she's home I think that she looks like a Pit Bull or Pit mix. I have had Pit Bulls all my life so that isn't the problem. The problem is that in the town I live in we aren't allowed to have Pit Bulls. I'm worried that because of the way she looks they will make us get rid of her. What breed do you think she looks like? I'm thinking about doing a DNA test just incase. Thank you very much.

The face looks like a pitbull. The only way to be sure is to have a DNA test.
Looks like a pit nose with lab ears....Do the DNA and get it in writing so if she isn't pit, you will have it for documentation
Beautiful dog. She looks like a mix to me. I would guess Chesapeake Bay retriever, and/or lab mix. And in all honesty, a little pit bull.
