My puppy's mother is a German Shepherd, but I don't know about the male. I think he is a cross breed puppy. Can anybody tell me his breed? I am confused because his colour is brown. Is he a German Shepherd or not?

It definitely looks like there is a mix of breeds here. The only way to know what breeds are in your dog is to have your vet perform a DNA test.
Looks like a German Shepherd Lab with undertones of a Jack Russell in the face. What a cutie!
DNA test would be necessary, but I would guess GS and lab?
