He looks like he is part Dalmation. You can find out his complete bloodline by having your vet do a DNA test.
Definitely part dalmation.
You may not be able to get exact breed information without a DNA test (about $100) but you can upload a photo to this site and probably receive a pretty close description;
he may have some kind of houd in him blue tic has those spots too
he looks like he may have blue tic hound in him
