My neighbor just gave me this puppy and I would like to know the breed. It's a girl and her name is Hope. If her age can be estimated that would be great. She looks 2 months old.

It is hard to tell. Have the vet run a DNA test.
Knowing the breed is nice but the main concern with a puppy is being sure they see a vet and get a check up and all of their first year shots and vaccinations. Having a rabies vaccination is a law in most states but necessary and the Parvovirus vaccination is essential as Parvo is a frightful/dangerous thing for any pet.
As for what breed the only way to be sure is with a DNA test. These test kits cost $65 - 200 dollars and are available from most pet stores, on-line (Amazon, eBay, etc.) and from your vet. This is a nice thing to have and know but the puppy's health should come first.
